This is the organization that holds the online database of real estate for sale throughout most counties in Washington state. This database of real estate listings is what you find on virtually every web site a buyer might search on Every real estate agent that serves those areas uses the NWMLS to property for Buyers. Real Estate agents and Buyers contact you directly. You manage the entire transaction from start to closing. This saves you thousands of dollars in real estate fees by eliminating the Listing Broker-Agent fee. You only pay a fee to the Selling Broker-Agent. And if you find your own Buyer, great, sell it yourself! This saves you thousands more!
With my Full Service, you get traditional real estate services. This not only gives you access to the NWMLS, but provides you with a seasoned veteran in real estate sales to market your property & manage your transaction from start to closing. The differance is the fee. With full service you pay not just the Selling Broker-Agent, but the Listing Broker-Agent too. Typically that's 6% of the sale price.
The differance in my limited service and others is simple. I live and work in the area that I offer this service to. If you have a question about a local custom in negotiating, need a few names of inspectors or tradesmen, I can help. And if you find that you don't want to sell it yourself afterall, I am there for you to switch seamlessly over to full service.
