Here's what you'll get for the $650 flat fee:

Entry into the NWMLS for one full year (365 days) from activation. The NWMLS is where virtually all web sites get there information from. Your property will be on those websites too.

15 color photos provided by you in the NWMLS. Jpeg format no larger than 3mg.

Sign, sign post and flyer box. Your contact information goes on the sign. Not mine. Buyers call you direct. You provide the flyers or I can create ($50 fee) and you print and distribute.

Lock box that makes your property accessable to all real estate agents in the NWMLS regions. I provide reports for each showing so you can contact the agent directly to get feedback.

OPTIONS:

Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) - $300

This would help you establish current market value. You tax assessment has nothing to do with market value.

I am not an appraiser. This would be an opinion of value with no guarantee that it will sell for that amount.

I can present this in person if you live locally, or I can email it to you. Couple with the Pre Market Walk Through & you're very informed!

Pre Market Walk Through and Advice - $100

I'll will meet you at your property and do a walk through with you, inside and out. We'll discuss your goals for the sale and if it makes sense to put money into the property or sell it as it is. Staging tips, organizing tips, paint, flooring, repair advice are all part of it. In about an hour or so, you'll come away with a sense of what to do first.

Flyer Creation - $50

If you're creatively challenged, I can create a flyer for you and email it to you in a PDF format. You can then print it and distrubute it as you choose. 

Market updates, Buyer Representation, Explanation of forms & additional signage are other options that we can discuss.
