Simply give me a call or email me and let me know what you want to do.

If it's Limited Service, I'll Email or 'snailmail' the listing forms to you. You fill them out and return them to me, along with your fifteen color photos. The NWMLS requires at least one exterior picture to be in their system. If that is all you want, that is ok. Within 24 hours (excluding week ends and legal holidays) you'll be LIVE on the NWMLS. And within 48 hours you should start showing up on all those other real estate web sites too. If you feel more comfortable meeting in person first, we can arrange that.

It is advisable that you not only have access to the internet, but that you are comfortable communicating via Email and that you have a cell phone. This applies to communicating with me and with Buyers and Agents. You will need a fax machine and it is even better if you know how to scan and convert documents to a PDF format. You'll need to be very accessable to Buyers and Agents for this to work successfully. If you are technically challenged, let's talk it over and see if there is a way to make it work. 

If you are an experienced seller, that is great! This is a great service to help you get your property sold for a lot less money. My investor clients love this service!
